Sanjar Isaqulov, the chair of the Oqqurgon district court in Tashkent, received a penalty for a hasty decision, as reported by the Supreme Council of Judges.

The neglectful drafting of the court verdict, notably due to the judge's carelessness, led to its inclusion in the "E-XSUD" electronic database, involving R.B. and others.

In response, a service inspection was initiated by the competency board of judges of Tashkent regional courts. Subsequent investigations confirmed the allegations.

The Tashkent region courts' competency board discussed the service inspection results, resulting in a fine for the chairman of the Oqqurgon district court in criminal cases.

According to Article 76 of the "On Courts" Law, disciplinary measures, including a warning, a fine (not exceeding thirty percent of the average monthly salary), a one-level reduction in qualification, or early termination of authority, may be applied in such cases.

It's worth noting that two men involved in the death of a 42-year-old woman during an "exorcism" supervised by Sanjar Isaqulov have been sentenced.
