Man who sexually assaulted a 14-year-old boy in Tashkent region was detained

According to the document, on December 5, 2024, at 17:30, Q.O. was driving a Cobalt car on the Tashkent-Angren highway that crossed the city of Ahangaran when he hit a minor F.I., born in 2010, in front of a pedestrian crossing in the 5th sub-district of the Nogaykurgan Municipal Administrative District. as a passenger, took him on the right side of the road, took him into the neighborhood between the 5-story houses on Amir Temur Street in Ahangaran city, and touched his hands and feet, sexually assaulted him, and committed acts that humiliated his honor and dignity.

Yesterday, January 9, the case was considered in the Ahangaran City Criminal Court, and Q.O. pleaded guilty, expressed remorse for his actions, and asked for leniency. By the court's decision, the man was found guilty of committing an offense under Article 41, Part 1 (Sexual assault) of the Code of Administrative Responsibility, and was sentenced to 5 days of administrative detention under this article.
