A teacher in Tashkent was sentenced to administrative detention for sexually abusing a 10-year-old student. QALAMPIR.UZ reviewed the court document.
It is reported that on February 16, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. at an art school in Yakkasaroy district, teacher D.M., born in 2000, described the figure of A.B., born in 2015, during a lesson, grabbed her shoulders, massaged her, held her hands, hugged her, and sexually abused her.
Yesterday, March 3, the Yakkasaroy District Criminal Court considered the above case. At the court hearing, the teacher fully confessed to his guilt. The court found D.M. He was found guilty of committing an offense under Part 1 of Article 41-1 (sexual harassment) of the Code of Administrative Offenses and sentenced to 5 days of administrative detention.
It should be recalled that earlier, in the Almazar district of Tashkent, a man was arrested for taking a 17-year-old girl to a hotel, committing sexual acts on her, and causing minor injuries to her.
