In two districts of Tashkent city and Samarkand region, people who tried to deceive citizens by promising to enroll them in education were caught. This was reported by the Department under the General Prosecutor's Office.

It is noted that citizen A.Kh. citizen J.R. was caught with physical evidence when he received 2000 US dollars in exchange for enrolling him in the 3rd level of the Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research in Tashkent by preparing a forged document stating that he completed the 2nd level of the university in Kazakhstan.

In the same way, citizen J.I. the citizen was caught with physical evidence when he received 1500 US dollars in exchange for enrolling him in one of the universities in Uzbekistan from the 2nd level by preparing a forged document stating that he completed the 1st stage of the university in Kazakhstan.

Also, at the quick event held by the Kattakurgan city department of the department, F.Sh. He was caught with physical evidence when he received 1000 US dollars in return for enrolling 2 citizens in this technical school.

"Regarding these cases, criminal cases have been initiated under Article 168 (fraud) and Article 28, 211 (bribery) of the Criminal Code, and investigations are being conducted," the report says.
