23 decisions made by the mayor of Tashkent were deemed invalid

The Tashkent city court declared 60 decisions from governors of Tahkent districts and the mayor of Tashkent city invalid, as announced by the court's press service.

Out of 220 cases scrutinized, 60 decisions from district governors were found to be invalid, indicating a significant proportion of nullified decisions, particularly from the capital mayor and district governors.

A notable trend emerges when examining the past year, with the majority of invalidated decisions belonging to the mayor of Tashkent, as 23 decisions faced legal challenges.

In the district section, the mayor of Chilonzor district takes the lead with 10 such invalidated decisions.

Furthermore, decisions from various governors, including 7 from Almazor, 5 from Sirgali, 4 from Shaikhontohur, 3 each from Mirzo Ulugbek and Uchtepa, and one each from Bektemir, Mirabad, Yunusabad, Yangihayat, and Yashnabad governors were also declared invalid.
