Criminal Charges Filed Against Driver of Tahoe Involved in Collision with Tico

A road traffic accident took place on December 14 in Margilon, Fergana region, involving a Chevrolet Tahoe-2 and a Tico car. A criminal case has now been initiated, as reported by the regional DIA.

The driver of the Tico, identified as S.T., sustained injuries and sought treatment at a hospital.

As per the medical certificate from the Margilan City Medical Association, S.T. suffered severe injuries, including a concussion, brain trauma, a fracture in the left leg, and other injuries.

Following this incident, a criminal case was launched against the driver of the Chevrolet Tahoe-2, M.Yu. The preliminary investigation is currently in progress.

Just to recap, this accident occurred around 13:00 on December 14 at the intersection of A. Yassavi-Tinchlik streets in Margilan city. While driving a Chevrolet Tahoe-2, M.Yu was reportedly traveling in the opposite direction and collided with S.T.'s Tico, causing the traffic accident.
