The governor of Surkhandarya, who is often abusive, presents the champion with a black horse

Surkhandarya regional governor Tora Bobolov presented a black horse to the winner of the World Judo Championship held in Tashkent, Muzaffarbek Toraboyev. This was reported by the Surkhandarya regional administration.

Muzaffar Toraboyev, who completed his participation in the championship held between 6-13 October this year and won the gold medal, was solemnly welcomed on 4 November in the Boysun district of his native Surkhandarya region.

Bobolov also thanked the parents of Muzaffar Torabayev, gave them souvenirs, and wished the athlete good luck in the Paris-2024 Olympics.

For information, before the World Championship, Torabayev also won the Islamic Solidarity Games hosted by the Turkish city of Konya.

It should be remembered that Davlat Bobonov, another athlete from Uzbekistan, won the gold medal at the historic World Judo Championship held in Tashkent.
