Accident leaves 700 households without gas in Surkhandarya

On November 6, a Cobalt car collided with a gas pipeline in the "Boghistan" neighborhood of the Sariosia district, Surkhandarya region, leaving 700 households and 3 wholesale consumers without gas.
The Ministry of Energy reported that the accident disrupted the gas supply to "Boghistan" and "Gazarak" neighborhoods starting at 11:00.
The gas supply is expected to be restored as soon as emergency repairs are completed.
This incident follows similar cases in Surkhandarya. On October 18, a car collision left 3,950 residents without gas.
In September, another accident and construction-related negligence disrupted gas supplies for 1,915 households in Surkhandarya and 15,198 in the Tashkent region.
