What caused teachers to be brutally beaten in Surkhandarya?  New details have been revealed

On 14 April of this year, a 34-year-old man (teacher) brutally beat two female teachers in the principal’s room of school No. 31 in Uzun district of Surkhandarya region.

It was reported that a day before the incident, a meeting of parents was held at the school.  At the meeting, one of the parents spoke about the lack of spirituality of the teachers and said that there is video proof of this.

“We advised fellow teachers that this issue should be discussed with the principal.  “We wanted to tell the school leader to talk to that parent, ask him if he is slandering the teacher, or if he has proof, and if it is true, talk to the teacher separately,” said one of the beaten teachers.  .

In order to find out who owned the aforementioned video, a meeting was held by female teachers in the school principal’s room.  The teacher who committed the violence, realised that the aforementioned video was his own, intervened in the incident, walking towards his colleagues and beating them.

“He came towards me and put his hands on me, saying that I knew well what I was doing." I didn’t even think he was going to hit me until he got close to me.  He hit my groin with his knee.  My partner next to me held me, saying, please, sister, don’t say a word.  He waved his hand and cursed incessantly.  I couldn’t stand it, I spoke to him again,” said the beaten woman, who is currently in the hospital.

It was found that the violent teacher was a physical education teacher of the school.

“After the first strike, he tried to hit again, I explained to him that no one had spoken badly of him.  After that he hit me again and I fell on my head.  He hit me nonestop and insulted my colleague continuously,” said the victim.

According to a specialist of the district medical association, the condition of the beaten teacher has improved.
