Unknown people skinned a wolf in Surkhandarya 

A video showing the skinning of a wolf by unknown persons in Surkhandarya was circulated on social networks.  The press service of the Department of Ecology and Environmental Protection of the region gave information about this situation.

During the study of the employees of the Regional Department of Ecology and Environmental Protection and the National Guard Department, T.F., who lives in the Sangardak” neighborhood of Sariosiyo District, Surkhandarya Region was suspected.  It is noted that T.F.  with his actions, violated the requirements of Article 42 of the law “On Protection and Use of Animal World” and Articles 17, 27 of the law “On Hunting”.

For this reason, a fine of 10 times the amount of the base calculation was established against him by the 1st part of Article 90 of the Criminal Code.

Earlier, it was reported that the Taskara bird which is included in the Red Book of Uzbekistan, was hunted.
