It is said that a 25-year-old teacher raped a student in Surkhan. The Head of the Regional Internal Affairs Department responded

On social networks, "Did a teacher in Surkhan rape a minor girl and spread his shameless videos on the internet!?" The video was released.  The General Department of Internal Affairs of the Surkhandarya region gave information about this situation.

On 10 October of this year, Nurali Akramov, a resident of the "Dubai" neighborhood of Boysun district (the name of the place and the names of the persons have been changed to Sharif), sent the application to the Boysun district IAD.

According to the results of the investigation, on 25 September of this year at around 22:00p.m., NozimBahadirovich Soatov, born in 1997, a resident of the "Dubai" neighborhood of the district, was working as a teacher at a school in the district.  Farida Nurali Tosheva, a minor living in this neighborhood, born in 2005 (17 years old) met Tosheva in a park in the area of the neighborhood, performed shameless, perverted, anti-social actions towards Tosheva, a minor, and recorded this situation on his mobile phone.  Three days later, it was found that the young man spread the video to the Telegram group of residents of the neighborhood called "Dubai" and intentionally humiliated and insulted the honor and dignity of the minor Farida Tosheva by posting it on the world information network.

According to the medical-expert examination of the court, it was not determined whether minor Farida Tosheva was subjected to violence, touching her honor, or unnaturally satisfying her sexual needs.

In connection with this situation, on 11 November of this year, the Investigative Group of the Boysun District IAD, in the actions of citizen Nizom Bahadirovich Soatov, part 2 of Article 140 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Insulting, i.e. indecent internet use of the honor and dignity of a person) due to the presence of the symptoms of the crime provided for in the global information network, a criminal case has been initiated and investigation efforts are being carried out.

According to the conclusion of the court medical expert, Nizam Soatov did not have any injuries or traces left on his body.
