In 2024, Uzbek courts annulled 933 decisions issued by governors, following appeals from individuals and legal entities. This was reported by the Supreme Court's press service.  

A total of 2,720 cases related to challenging governor decisions were reviewed, with 933 appeals being upheld. In a broader scope, 6,991 cases contesting rulings from administrative and civil self-government bodies and officials were examined.  

Key statistics from the judicial process include:  

- Appeals: 3,174 cases reviewed by regional and equivalent administrative courts, resulting in 385 first-instance court decisions being overturned and 14 modified.  
- Cassation: 1,208 cases reviewed, leading to 130 first-instance court decisions being annulled and 4 changed.  
- Review Procedure: 1,649 cases examined, with 141 lower court decisions overturned and 2 modified.  
- Supreme Court Review: The Judicial Board for Administrative Cases handled 2,132 complaints and protests, of which 95 lower court rulings were reversed.  

In total, throughout 2024, administrative courts handled 15,373 cases related to public legal disputes, ultimately restoring the rights of 6,338 individuals and legal entities.
