Yesterday, in Almaty, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan's mixed martial arts expert, Shohasan Mirzamatov, triumphed in his latest MMA bout.
The 33-year-old faced off against Iran's Farzod Gaderi at the Octagon 57 tournament, initially facing some setbacks from his opponent's strikes. However, Mirzamatov rallied and ultimately secured a technical knockout victory over Gaderi.
Apart from Mirzamatov, Muhiddin Mamajanov, Amirkhon Alikhojayev, Azizbek Temirov, Jamoliddin Rahmonjonov, and Diyorbek Roziboyev, all representing Uzbekistan, also emerged victorious in their octagon battles.
Notably, earlier in April, Mirzamatov disclosed to QALAMPIR.UZ why he has yet to join the UFC.
