Today, on March 18, the matches of the Asian Championship among football players under the age of 20 ended. In the final match, representatives of Uzbekistan competed against Iraq. The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev watched the decisive match directly from the "Bunyodkor" stadium.

The only goal in the match was scored by Umarali Rakhmonaliev, the captain of the home team in the 72nd minute. Approaching the 11-meter point, Rakhmonaliev accurately sent the ball into the opponent's goal.

Thus, the students of Ravshan Khaydarov won the tournament, which lasted for about 20 days. Along with the championship, the team will participate in the World Youth Championship in Indonesia this year.
