Shavkat Mirziyoyev entered the list of influential Muslims in the world

President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev was included in the list of "500 most influential Muslims" in an annual poll.

This list identifies Muslim figures who influence the Muslim world in 13 general areas, such as political, economic, religious, and cultural.

In turn, this list includes several heads of state - King Salman bin Abdulaziz of Saudi Arabia, President of Turkey Rajab Tayyib, President of Kazakhstan Kasim-Jomart Tokayev, Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud, President of the UAE Mohammed bin Zaid Al Nahyan and Prime Minister of Pakistan Shahbaz Sharif also took part.

For your information, the magazine "500 Most Influential Muslims" has been published once a year since 2009.

Shavkat Mirziyoyev, who has been holding the position of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan since 2016 and was elected for a second term in 2021, was included in this list for the first time.
