Shavkat Mirziyoyev will visit Kazakhstan for 3 days

In the middle of this week, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will visit Kazakhstan. This was announced at the briefing by the press secretary of President Sherzod Asadov.

The Head of State will meet with the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov on 11 October.

Between 12-14 October, the Head of State will take part in the next summit of the Council on Cooperation and Confidence Building Measures in Asia, the next meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of State, and the summit «Central Asia - Russia» in Astana.

The President also meets with foreign heads of state and government.  In particular, bilateral talks are planned with the Vice-President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Wo Thi An Suan, the Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Shahbaz Sharif, and the heads of several international organizations.

The President will also hold a series of discussions on the country’s economic and social development.
