Abdusattorov secures silver, while Vohidov wins gold at the World Chess Olympiad

At the World Chess Olympiad held in Hungary, medals for the board section were awarded to the top players. Nodirbek Abdusattorov received a silver medal for his performance on the 1st board, while Shamsiddin Vohidov secured a gold medal on the 4th board. Additionally, Nodira Nodirjonova earned a silver medal on the 5th board in the women's category.

The medals for the board section recognize the individual achievements of chess players. Vohidov achieved a remarkable record, winning 5 out of 9 matches, drawing 4, and remaining unbeaten throughout the competition.

It is worth noting that earlier reports indicated that Uzbekistan received the flag for the 46th World Chess Olympiad, highlighting the nation's growing prominence in the chess world.
