According to the resolution, a 577-hectare land plot in the Bo‘stonliq district of the Tashkent region was returned to the jurisdiction of the Bo‘stonliq district administration, and the parts registered as vacant land plots were leased directly for 25 years to Sea Breeze Uzbekistan LLC, established with the participation of Agalarov Development LLC (Azerbaijan).
