New mayor was appointed to Sardoba

Ziyodulla Karimov has been named the mayor of Sardoba district in the Syrdarya region, according to the regional government's press service.
An extraordinary session of the Sardoba District Council of People's Deputies took place today, June 5, with regional governor Akmaljon Makhmudaliyev in attendance to discuss organizational matters.
During the session, Ziyodulla Danabayevich Karimov, formerly the head of the regional department of the State Assets Management Agency of the Syrdarya region, was confirmed as the district governor.
For context, Ziyodulla Karimov was born in 1979 in Saykhunobod district. He graduated from the National University of Uzbekistan in 2001, the Tashkent Financial Institute in 2007, and the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2010.
Previously, Doniyor Madirimov was appointed mayor of the Ohangaron district in the Tashkent region.
