The Ministry of Transport of Uzbekistan approved the amendments to the law on the rules of air transport of passengers and baggage.
According to the changes, passengers will be allowed to bring certain personal items in the cabin of the aircraft, in addition to hand luggage.
In particular, passengers can board the plane with:
- portfolio;
- women's bag;
- folder for documents;
- an umbrella;
- reed;
- outerwear;
- bouquet;
- study materials;
- baby food and baby crib;
- travel cot
- wheelchairs and other devices for the mobility of disabled people.
It was also added that this document was agreed upon with the State Security Service of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Digital Technologies, the Committee for the Development of Competition and Protection of Consumer Rights, and the Joint Stock Company "Uzbekistan Airways".
