Citizen climbs onto police car roof in Samarkand (video)

In the Ishtikhan district of the Samarkand region, a mentally disabled individual climbed onto the roof of a police car, according to a report from the regional Department of Internal Affairs.
The incident occurred on January 10, when a 36-year-old resident of the "Toytuyok" neighborhood climbed onto the roof of a Lacetti service car. The vehicle was assigned to the commander of the 4th detachment of the Samarkand regional police department and was parked at the time.
An investigation revealed that the individual is registered with the Samarkand regional psychiatric hospital and has previously undergone treatment there on multiple occasions.
Following the incident, the individual was sent to the Samarkand regional psychiatric hospital for further treatment.
