Head of the Presidential Administration Saida Mirziyoyeva held a meeting with Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, who visited Uzbekistan as part of the Tashkent Investment Forum. She announced this on her Telegram channel.
During the conversation, the parties discussed trade and economic cooperation between Uzbekistan and Russia. They noted that relations between the two countries are developing dynamically.
It was noted that many joint projects are currently being implemented in business, infrastructure and culture. In addition, the next meetings of the intergovernmental commission and the council of regions are planned to be held in the coming days.
It was emphasized that these events will serve to further expand cooperation between the two countries and strengthen partnership in all areas.
Earlier, Saida Mirziyoyeva discussed expanding industrial and financial projects with John Jovanovic, President of the U.S. Eximbank, and Ben Black, Chief Executive Officer of the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation, as part of the Tashkent Investment Forum.
