It was reported that recent presidential decrees on digitizing the judicial system through artificial intelligence, transferring non-contentious cases to notaries to ease the workload of courts, and improving the training of judges were discussed. The establishment of the Academy of Justice, which will replace the outdated education system in this field, was also highlighted.
“I would like to express my gratitude to everyone for the open and frank dialogue and congratulate Alisher Otakhonovich Usmanov on his appointment as First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court. I wish him success in fulfilling the tasks ahead,” Mirziyoyeva wrote.

He has served as Chairman of the Kosonsoy District Court, Prosecutor of Mingbulak District, Head of the People’s Reception Center in Namangan Region, and Deputy State Advisor to the President for the Protection of Citizens’ Rights, Control, and Coordination of Work with Appeals from Individuals and Legal Entities.
On September 5, in accordance with a Senate resolution, Usmanov was elected First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court of Uzbekistan and Chairman of the Judicial Board for a five-year term.
