Russians are invited to travel to Uzbekistan for bank cards

Russian tour operators have started offering citizens tours to Uzbekistan to apply for VISA and Mastercard cards. Russians are told that bank cards issued in Uzbekistan can be paid worldwide without restrictions.

The tour operator «Vedi Group» advertised a tour in their catalog «For a visa to Uzbekistan», for the price of 23 thousand rubles (215 dollars).  

For this amount of money, the tour operator provides money transfers, accommodation in a hotel, a representative of the company when visiting the bank, preliminary preparation of documents for the bank, courier services, and medical insurance. Travel for a visa can depart from Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, and Ufa.

The money does not include the cost of the flight.

It should be recalled that since 10 March this year, due to sanctions, payments by VISA and Mastercard cards issued by Russian banks have been suspended in foreign countries.
