It is worth noting that a similar case involving an Uzbek citizen occurred earlier in Russia. In August 2023, a 59-year-old Uzbek man was sentenced to 14 years in prison for molesting an underage girl. The incident took place in Kaliningrad, where the man approached an 11-year-old girl near a house on Shevchenko Street. Under the pretext of helping her find a bus stop, he took her to a hotel. On the way, he attempted inappropriate actions, bit her face, and then fled the scene on a bicycle.
