11 children left without parental care in Russia returned to Uzbekistan

1484Today, March 29, 11 Uzbek minors who were left without parental care in Russia have been returned to Uzbekistan. The National Agency for Social Protection reported this development.
The children arrived at Tashkent International Airport, accompanied by employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Health during the flight.
Uzbekistan’s Embassy in Russia facilitated the process by preparing and formalizing the necessary documents for the children's return in a timely manner.
"The children will be temporarily placed at the Center for Social and Legal Assistance to Minors under the Tashkent City Department of Internal Affairs. Four of them will be reunited with their families through the 'Inson' social service centers, while the remaining seven will be placed under the care of close relatives with guardianship and sponsorship," the agency stated.
Social assistance for the minors will continue in their future places of residence.
Earlier, three women in critical condition in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, were also repatriated to Uzbekistan.
