The President of Uzbekistan gifted a Traverse automobile to 108-year-old Ibrohimjon Hoji Khojayev

The President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, gifted a Traverse automobile to 108-year-old Ibrohimjon Hoji Khojayev, a revered figure in Namangan. Anvar Ikramov, the director of the Archeological Park of Ahsikent, relayed this news to QALAMPIR.UZ.

During a recent visit to the Namangan region, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev joined an iftar gathering with local residents and engaged with religious leaders. Among them, Ibrohimjon Hoji Khojayev, aged 108 and residing in Mullakuding village of Namangan district, offered prayers for the president.

In honor of Ramadan and the forthcoming Eid celebrations, the President gifted elderly Ibrohimjon Khojayev a Traverse vehicle.

The Khojayev, believed to be a descendant of Ahmad Yassavi, a prominent figure in Sufism, had previously met with President Shavkat Mirziyoyev in 2017, during which the president bestowed upon him a Malibu car.
