The report highlighted criticism directed at some deputy leaders who were found dozing off without shouldering their responsibilities.

The president conducted a thorough review of the system and directed the formulation of a proposal to reduce the number of deputies in the economic complex by 15%.

This proposal delineates the clear responsibilities of heads and deputies in each district and region within the economic complex, along with the heads and deputies of 11 ministers and departments. The expectations are set to be stringent.
