A citizen and his 5 children who were left in difficult circumstances in Pakistan were returned to Uzbekistan. This was reported by Dunyo.
As it turned out, the citizen stated in his application that he was left without a breadwinner in Pakistan, did not have the necessary funds for housing and daily needs, in particular food, and asked for practical assistance to return to Uzbekistan.
The application was taken under special control by the embassy and urgent measures were taken. They were provided with temporary housing, food, clothing and funds for daily needs. Also, certificates of return to the country were issued for the family to reach Uzbekistan, and other necessary consular and legal assistance was provided.
As a result of negotiations with officials of the relevant ministries and departments of Pakistan, an agreement was reached to deport the citizen and his children from the country without fines and payments, despite the violation of the visa and stay procedures in this country.
With the assistance of the Uzbek Embassy and the Migration Agency, the family was provided with airline tickets for the Islamabad-Tashkent flight, and they were escorted to Uzbekistan on September 27.
It is worth noting that earlier, Uzbeks who were in a difficult situation in the Russian city of Novosibirsk were returned to the country.
