Uzbekistan Airways has announced temporary flight schedule adjustments due to restrictions in the airspace near the Pakistan-India border.
These changes affect flights on the following routes: Tashkent to Delhi, Mumbai, Lahore, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Phuket, as well as return flights from these destinations.
Officials have warned that some flights may experience delays of approximately 1.5 hours or more.
"In cases of flight cancellations, passengers will have the option to reschedule to nearby dates without penalties or receive a full refund," the report states.
Previously, Pakistan’s airport authorities announced the full reopening of the country’s airspace for all types of flights, but air travel in the region remains subject to temporary restrictions.
