It was announced when the studies in Higher Education Institutions will officially start 

Classes for students of all higher and professional educational institutions and academic lyceums in the republic will officially start on 23 January. 

This was announced by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation. 

"Supervision works (intermediate, final) are carried out by educational schedules in the forms determined by educational institutions," the report says. 

Also, the ministry added that to create favorable conditions for students to return to their educational institutions, the deadline for giving a 50% discount on air and railway tickets has been extended until 23 January. 

It should be noted that earlier the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation announced the gradual start of classes in higher and professional educational institutions and academic lyceums from 11 January.
