Omonjon Nigmanov passes away

On December 21, Omonjon Nigmanov, who devoted many years of dedicated service to the system of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, passed away. In this regard, the ministry expressed its deep condolences to the family members and loved ones of the deceased.

Omonjon Nigmanov had been working within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs system since 1994 and also served effectively as a driver-mechanic at diplomatic missions in several foreign countries, including Germany, Japan, and Iran.

“Nigmanov was highly respected and recognized among his colleagues and within the team for his strong human qualities, modesty, and integrity. The bright memory of the deceased will forever remain in our hearts,” the ministry said in its statement.

Earlier, it was reported that Abduraim Hamidov, a renowned farmer and Hero of Uzbekistan who dedicated his entire life and professional career to the development of the agricultural sector, had also passed away.
