The sibling of “Nozim Bukharsky” has been incarcerated

Naim Jumaev, sibling of the late criminal figure Nozim Jumayev, known as "Nozim Bukharsky," has been apprehended, as per the QALAMPIR.UZ outlet.

Reportedly, Naim Jumayev had been under surveillance, and a complaint from law enforcement prompted his arrest. Jumayev faces charges under Article 165 (extortion) of the Criminal Code.

Notably, his brother "Nozim Bukharsky" had faced trial thrice for homicide and theft between 1994 and 2002. Subsequently, he was implicated in assaults against fellow inmates. Allegedly, special privileges were afforded to Nozim Jumayev in prison, including access to a refrigerator, sports equipment, and other amenities.

Nozim Jumayev was detained in December 2014 and indicted in 2015 under Article 273 of the Criminal Code for involvement in illegal drug activities. He was convicted and sentenced to 20 years behind bars. Jumayev passed away in prison on April 2, 2021.
