The "Superbet Poland 2024" chess tournament is currently underway in Poland. During the third round of the blitz event, Grandmaster Nodirbek Abdusattorov from Uzbekistan faced off against Magnus Carlsen from Norway.
Playing with the white pieces, Nodirbek demonstrated a calculated and determined style, ultimately leading Magnus to concede defeat.
It's worth noting that Abdusattorov suffered a loss to Poland's Krzysztof Duda in the second round, and in the first round, he reached a draw against Vincent Keimer from Germany.
The ''Superbet Poland'' 2024 tournament is scheduled to continue until May 12th, featuring a prize pool of $175,000.
