Elyor Mardonov was appointed to the position of deputy governor of Navoi region for relations with public and religious organizations. This was reported by the Information Agency of Uzbekistan.
Elyor Mardonov was born in 1983 in the Bukhara region. He has a higher education, in 2008 he graduated from the Tashkent Highway Institute, and in 2013 he graduated from the Higher School of Strategic Analysis and Prospecting.
He worked in the military unit in Navoi until he was appointed to this position.
