Fire breaks out at gas station in Namangan, vehicle destroyed

A Jiguli VAZ 21-06 caught fire at a gas refueling station in Namangan District on May 15, according to the Regional Emergency Situations Department.
At 19:48, authorities received a report that the vehicle had ignited while refueling at Gas Compressor Station No. 3 in Dehkonobod neighborhood.
Fire and rescue teams arrived promptly and, together with station employees, extinguished the fire by 19:53. The vehicle’s interior was completely burned, but fortunately, no injuries were reported, and the station building remained undamaged.
Investigations are currently underway to determine the cause of the fire.
Earlier, a waste transport truck caught fire in Yuqori Chirchik District, Tashkent Region, though no harm was reported to those involved.
