A driver who transported 25 children was arrested in Namangan 

In Namangan district, it was found that the driver of a Damas car was carrying 25 kindergarten children in violation of the rules of passenger transport.  This was reported by the Press Service of the Road Safety Department of the Regional Internal Affairs Department.

It is noted that the driver of Damas was stopped during the raid by the officers of the Internal Affairs Department of Namangan district.

The driver said that he brings these children from kindergarten every day.  Today, because there were more children, he had to take more children in the car.

“The inspector explained to the driver, and a report was issued against him,” the report says.

For information, as a rule, it is prohibited to transport children under 12 years old in the front seat of a vehicle without a special restraint device.  Also, the number of transported passengers should not exceed the amount specified in the technical description of the vehicle.

According to Article 128 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility, drivers who violate the rules of human transportation will be fined in the amount of one-half of the base calculation amount.
