19-year-old man dies in car fire in Namangan (video)

A 19-year-old man tragically died in a car fire following a traffic accident in Namangan on May 25. The incident was confirmed by the Namangan Regional Emergency Situations Department.

According to the report, the accident occurred at 20:49 on the 87th kilometer of the 4R-112 highway, near the Yangi Asr industrial zone in Namangan city. A Nexia-3, driven by a citizen born in 2006, veered off the right side of the road and collided with a fir tree. The impact caused the vehicle to catch fire.

Emergency services were alerted, and a fire and rescue crew arrived at the scene by 21:03. The fire was brought under control and extinguished by 21:05 with the help of both rescuers and nearby citizens. Despite the quick response, the vehicle was completely destroyed by the blaze, and the driver died at the scene.

Authorities have not yet released further details about the cause of the accident.

It should be noted that a similar fatal incident occurred earlier in the Yangihayot district of Tashkent, where a collision between a Kamaz and an Isuzu resulted in a fire that claimed the lives of two individuals inside the Isuzu.
