A plane flying from Moscow to Goa made an emergency landing in Urganch

A plane flying from Moscow to the Indian state of Goa landed in Urganch, Uzbekistan on the evening of 18 January this year.  "Uzbekistan Airports" Press Service reported about it.

It is noted that the plane was forced to land at an alternative airfield at the Urganch International Airport as a result of violence from an intoxicated passenger during the flight of passenger flight AFL236.

The Boeing 777-300 plane with 356 passengers on board made an emergency landing at 20:29 p.m. local time.  The violent passenger was removed from the flight.
According to information, the aircraft continued its flight from Urganch to the destination airport on the same day.

It should be recalled that on 13 January this year, it was reported that a plane flying from Samarkand to Saint Petersburg made an emergency landing in Moscow.
