US President Joseph Biden sent a letter to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, on August 11 of this year. In his letter, the head of the USA expressed his satisfaction with working with Mirziyoyev on the strategic cooperation between the USA and Uzbekistan and having the honor of welcoming his daughter, Saida Mirziyoyev, to Washington. This letter was published in "Forbes."

"Thank you for working to strengthen the strategic partnership between the United States of America and Uzbekistan under your leadership.

Over the past year, we have taken our partnership to new heights, including strengthening our trade and investment ties, developing security cooperation, and working together to address regional challenges," Biden's letter begins.

In his speech, he stated that Washington supports the reforms being carried out in Uzbekistan under the leadership of Mirziyoyev:

"The United States also strongly supports your efforts to implement political and economic reforms."

It is known that in March of this year, the eldest daughter of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev - Head of the Communications and Information Policy Branch of the Executive Office of the Presidential Administration, Saida Mirziyoyeva, went to the USA to discuss water issues. She spoke on behalf of Uzbekistan at the last UN conference and held meetings with a number of officials in Washington. At that time, it was reported that Mirziyoyeva met the mayor of New York, gave a speech at the UN, and was a guest at the State Department, but there was no information about her visit to the White House. In his letter, Biden also recalled Saida Mirziyoyeva's visit to the White House.

"We had the honor of welcoming your daughter, Saida, to the White House earlier this year. Her defense and your bold determination to criminalize gender-based and domestic violence are commendable," said President Joseph Biden.

At the end of the letter, Biden invited Mirziyoyev to participate in the meeting of the United Nations General Assembly, which is traditionally held in September.

"I look forward to the upcoming UN General Assembly, where we will succeed in solving the most important challenges in the lives of our peoples. I hope you will join me and other leaders at the official C5+1 meeting on September 19 or 20 to discuss how we can continue to work together to achieve our security, economic, and environmental goals," Biden said, expressing respect.

We remind you that US President Joe Biden last sent a letter to Shavkat Mirziyoyev in February of this year. At that time, Biden congratulated Mirziyoyev on the 30th anniversary of the diplomatic relations established between the two countries and praised the relations between the USA and Uzbekistan."
