  • Macroeconomic Stability: Ensure a 6-7% annual growth rate over the next five years, with inflation at 5-6%, a budget deficit within 3%, and an annual credit volume of $30 billion.
  • Foreign Investment: Absorb at least $100 billion in foreign investments over five years and increase the annual export volume to $45 billion, with finished products making up 50% of exports.
  • Tourism Growth: Increase the flow of foreign tourists to 15 million annually within five years and boost the export of tourism services to $5 billion.
  • Digital Economy: Make digital technologies central to formalizing the informal economy, including promoting cashless payments, aiming to increase online payments to 60% by next year.
  • World Trade Organization (WTO) Membership: Implement measures to join the WTO in the coming years.
  • Poverty Reduction: Lift 1 million people out of poverty by 2025.
  • Unemployment: Keep unemployment below the internationally recognized level of 5-6% by 2030.

President Mirziyoyev emphasized that these goals would be challenging to achieve while maintaining peace, harmony, and stable economic growth, particularly given the tense global conditions. He noted that addressing these issues and implementing new initiatives will be a serious test for the government.

Mirziyoyev had previously proposed Abdulla Aripov as the candidate for Prime Minister.
