He noted that current reforms across all spheres are being implemented under the noble idea “For the dignity of man, for the happiness of man,” which resonates with the human essence of Islam.

The President emphasized that significant efforts are underway to improve the social protection system, provide comprehensive support to the sick, disabled, elderly, and needy, as well as to youth, women, and citizens abroad. There is also increased focus on enhancing children’s education and upgrading holy places and pilgrimage sites.

Mirziyoyev added that the ongoing work to preserve a peaceful and prosperous life, along with promoting interethnic and interreligious harmony, will remain a priority.

“In this blessed month, when pure intentions are fulfilled, we sincerely pray that wars, conflicts, and enmities in different regions of the world will cease, and that peace, mutual respect, tolerance, and cooperation will prevail globally. We sincerely congratulate all our Muslim brothers, friends, and partners on the beginning of Ramadan, and wish their countries and peoples peace, prosperity, and well-being. I once again congratulate you, my esteemed compatriots, who are celebrating Ramadan with great joy alongside family and loved ones. I wish you good health, happiness, prosperity, and blessings for your homes. May the Lord of the Universe accept your prayers, supplications, donations, and deeds during this holy month! May the noble dreams and aspirations of our people come true, and may Ramadan be blessed for all of us!” the President’s message concludes.
