Today, on May 8th, Uzbekistan's President Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited the Central Military Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Defense to receive updates from veterans of war. The President's press service relayed this information.

“Veterans such as Uskan Khodjimanov from the Boyovut district, Fayzulla Nurmatov from the Oqqorgon district, Anarboy Jalilov from the Parkent district, and Muhiddin Dusanbayev from the Orta Chirchiq district are currently undergoing treatment. They expressed satisfaction with their lives and gratitude for the respect shown by their country and fellow citizens. Their health remains under constant monitoring by the district medical association, and they receive free medication along with annual referrals to sanatoriums,” the report stated.

The Nuranis briefed the President on their grandchildren's education, professional endeavors, and accomplishments. They are actively contributing to the nation's progress across various sectors like education, infrastructure, law enforcement, and agriculture. The younger generation is pursuing contemporary knowledge and seeking educational opportunities abroad, guided by their elders to uphold values of peace, patriotism, and diligence.

"All our actions are to please our people. We want the results of the reforms to reach the bottom, of every household. We have big plans. If everyone sticks together and works together, we will achieve our goals faster. The prayers of enlightened people like you will help us in this. Your life is a school of will and courage, your words are an example for young people," says Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

Grateful for the President's benevolence, parents extended their appreciation and joined in prayers for global harmony and a promising future for the next generation.

Reports indicate comprehensive care for World War II veterans at the hospital, which underwent extensive renovations and expansions, with new facilities operational in 2022. With a capacity of 700 beds, the hospital provides cost-free treatment to military personnel, their families, and veterans. Offering 286 diagnostic procedures, over 600 therapies, and hosting approximately 30 specialized departments, the institution ensures tailored care and support for those who have served their nation.
