Mirziyoyev and his wife arrived in Hungary

 The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, along with his wife, the first lady of the country, Ziroat Mirziyoyeva, arrived in Budapest on an official visit today 3 October.

In connection with the visit of the head of Uzbekistan, the flags of Uzbekistan and Hungary were raised at the international airport named after Ferenc Liszt, and an honor guard was lined up.

The leader of the country was welcomed by the Minister of Economic Development of Hungary Marton Nad and other officials.

The main events of the summit are scheduled for tomorrow, 4 October.   A meeting will be held with the President of Hungary, Katalina Novak.  Then President Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Prime Minister Viktor Orban will hold a meeting in a narrow circle and with an expanded composition.  In the end, a significant set of bilateral documents is expected to be signed.

As part of the visit of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, it is planned to meet with the heads of leading companies and financial institutions of Hungary.
