Pakistan Prime Minister welcomes the President of Uzbekistan in Islamabad

Earlier we reported that the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev had gone on a state visit to Pakistan. The Prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan, welcomed the Uzbekistan leader at Islamabad airport.
High-level negotiations will take place today. Following the talks, a joint declaration and a number of documents are expected to be adopted.
On the second day of the visit, the President of Uzbekistan will also meet with the President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Arif Alvi, and the heads of leading enterprises.
