Shavkat Mirziyoyev extended his congratulations to Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani

President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, extended his congratulations to Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani on the occasion of Qatar's national holiday, Independence Day. Sherzod Asadov, the press secretary of the head of state, shared this information.

In the message, it was highlighted with great satisfaction that the historical and cultural ties between the peoples of Uzbekistan and Qatar continue to serve as a strong foundation for the current extensive and enduring relations.

"The sincere and amicable relations we have developed, coupled with the increasing momentum of our productive dialogues and the significant agreements reached across various priority sectors, have elevated our cooperation to a level that aligns with our potential and capabilities," the congratulatory message stated.

The head of state also conveyed his well-wishes to the Qatari leader, extending hopes for good health, familial happiness, continued success in responsible governance, and peace, sustainable development, and prosperity for the people of Qatar.

As a reminder, on December 16, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev sent a congratulatory letter to President Kasim-Jomart Tokayev of Kazakhstan on the occasion of their country's Independence Day.
