Mirziyoyev takes the oath

Simultaneously, the inauguration ceremony of Shavkat Mirziyoyev, who was elected as the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan for a seven-year term based on the updated Constitution, is currently taking place in Sentai of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Members of the Legislative Chamber and Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as activists, are participating in the event.
During the ceremony, Zayniddin Nizamkhojayev, the chairman of the Central Election Commission, announced that Shavkat Mirziyoyev had been elected as the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan with 87.05% of the votes from the voters who participated in the early election held on July 9. He then presented the certificate to Mirziyoyev.
Following that, Shavkat Mirziyoyev took the oath as the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
