Mirziyoyev is a man of his word – Trump

US President Donald Trump praised the contract signed by Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev with Boeing. The White House leader wrote about this on his Truth Social account.

According to Trump, Mirziyoyev signed a major deal for Boeing aircraft.

“Earlier this month I spoke with the Highly Respected President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev. Today I want to congratulate President Mirziyoyev on signing a GREAT Deal with Boeing! Worth over $8 Billion Dollars, Uzbekistan Airways is purchasing 22,787 Dreamliners. This will create over 35,000 jobs in the United States,” Trump stated.

The American President also expressed his readiness to cooperate with Mirziyoyev on a range of issues.

“President Mirziyoyev is a man of his word, and we will continue to work together on many more items! Thank you for your attention to this matter,” Trump wrote.

It is worth noting that Shavkat Mirziyoyev met with Brendan Nelson, President of Boeing Global, in New York on September 22. During the meeting, the head of state signed a new contract for the supply of Boeing aircraft and an agreement on long-term cooperation.

It should be noted that President Mirziyoyev is currently in New York to attend the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly. He is scheduled to deliver a speech at the UN rostrum today, September 23.
