Mirziyoyev participates in another summit in August

In August of this year, a summit of the Presidents of Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan will be held in Ashgabat, the capital of Turkmenistan. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan.

It is noted that on July 26, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, Bakhtiyor Saidov, held talks with his counterparts from Tajikistan and Turkmenistan, Sirojiddin Muhriddin, and Rashid Mamedov, in the form of a video conference. The issues of preparing for and holding the summit in Ashgabat in August were discussed.

The ministers discussed the draft program of the upcoming meeting, the agenda, as well as the draft final document of the summit.

Let's remind that President Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited Saudi Arabia for the first time after the election to participate in the first summit in the format of the "Cooperation Council of Central Asia - Gulf Arab Countries" on July 18 of this year.
