The Surkhandarya regional office of the Enforcement Bureau has a new head

Azamat Kholmurodov has been appointed as the head of the Surkhandarya Region Department of the Enforcement Bureau under the General Prosecutor's Office, according to a statement from the regional administration.

Azamat Kholmurodov, born in 1980 in the Termiz district, possesses a higher education. He began his career in 1997 as an inspector at the Surkhandarya regional prosecutor's office, advancing through various roles within the regional prosecutor's office.

In 2017, he transitioned to work as an investigator and deputy head of the Termiz District Department of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement under the General Prosecutor's Office. From 2018 to 2019, he served as the deputy head of the Bureau's Termiz city department, and from 2020 to 2021, he held the position of head of the Qumqorgon District Department of the Bureau.

Prior to his recent appointment, he served as the deputy head of the bureau's Surkhandarya region department.
